- In all, it is safe to say that the Delta Bridge Project and the related activities of Southern affiliates have directly impacted over 6,200 people in Phillips County, or 23 percent of its population of 26,445. The Delta Bridge Project will likely begin affecting a much larger number of Phillips County residents in the next six months with the implementation of a mass-transit system and the expansion of a high school Vo-Tech program.
